Progress - Week Mar 15th - 21st
Please post your progress of work or any questions for the week above.
Meetings This week we meet for half an hour before our presentation on Tuesday to make sure everyone understood what they were presenting. On Wednesday the PM's of M1 M6 J6 and our team met together to look at the project. On Thursday we met as a team and talked about assignment L3 what needs to be done for next week.
Status of Old/Current Tasks: This week we presented our report for assignment L2.
Upcoming Tasks: On Sunday night we will meet to put together the Procurement plan for the steel package and talk about the Method Plan. We will also put together whatever for we have completed in preparation for our meeting with McCoy on Tuesday. Tuesday after we meet with Andrew we are hoping to meet with the J Group to discuss coordination of the crane and also try to finalize our report to be turned in to the M group on Thursday.
Site Visit Observations: No site visits were taken this week.
