Progress - Week of Feb 22nd - 28th
Please post your progress of work or any questions for the week above.
Meetings On Tuesday our team met with professor McCoy and Fiori to review the work we have completed thus far and to review our team’s breakdown and plan. Team S2’s PM met with the mentor group on Wednesday, to discuss the teams’ progress on assignment 2 and see how our meeting with professor McCoy had to say. We also discussed future meetings and discussed due dates and help sessions.
Status of Old/Current Tasks: This week, the team worked on the takeoff of the structural system in the basketball facility and cleaned up our work.
Upcoming Tasks: On Monday we will be submitting our work to our M teams to review. We will also be working Tuesday to format and clean up our narrative for assignment 2.
Issues/ Group Problems The team is currently working well together. No problems have been encountered as of yet, but we will be reviewing professor Fiori’s analysis of our personality break downs.
Site Visit Observations: No site visits were taken this week.
Meetings Team J2 met on Monday morning and Tuesday afternoon. Work has also been getting done on an individual basis.
Status of Old/Current Tasks: The takeoff is done and costs and durations are in the midst of being assigned. The Preliminary schedule has been started, and the peculiar items section is nearly complete. The team will continue to work on these items and plans to have them completed by the Tuesday deadline set by the M-Team.
Issues/ Group Problems No issues have been faced this week. Contact has been kept well between the team members. We have had all of our questions answered for the most part. The team needs to buckle down in these next few days in order to get this assignment done one time.
